Welcome to UX Missions. This website and its associated services (hereinafter, the "Platform") are a personal project developed by Franco Tirabasso, based in Argentina. The purpose of the Platform is to offer experimental tools related to user experience research and design.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Nature of the Project

UX Missions is an independent initiative, not a registered company or commercial entity. The services, demos, and features provided are offered for testing, educational, and research purposes without any guarantee of availability, continuity, or accuracy of results.

2. Permitted Use

You may freely and voluntarily use the Platform, provided that you:

• Do not use it for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Do not attempt to alter, copy, or reuse the site's code without authorization.
• Do not use automated systems or scripts that interfere with its operation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, structure, and branding of UX Missions are the intellectual property of Franco Tirabasso. Prototypes, files, or materials uploaded by users remain the property of their respective authors.

4. Limitation of Liability

UX Missions is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of any kind. Franco Tirabasso shall not be held responsible for any damages, data loss, or other issues arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

5. Privacy and Data

The Platform may collect minimal technical data (such as IP address, browser language, and screen size) solely to improve the user experience. If email addresses or other personal information are requested, such data will be handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
